Marginal note:Persons employed not servants of Her Majesty
30 (1) Persons employed by the Corporation pursuant to subsection 8(1) are not officers or servants of Her Majesty.
Marginal note:Application of Flying Accidents Compensation Order
(2) For the purpose of any regulation made pursuant to section 9 of the Aeronautics Act, the officers and employees of the Corporation shall be deemed to be employees in the public service of Canada.
