1This Order may be cited as the Minister Designation Order (Nuclear Liability Act).

Designation

2The Minister of Energy, Mines and Resources is hereby designated as the member of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada to act as the Minister for the purposes of the Nuclear Liability Act.
