1This Order may be cited as the Minister of Agriculture Authority to Prescribe Fees Order.

2The Minister of Agriculture is authorized to prescribe by order the fees to be charged for services provided by Her Majesty with respect to(a)the inspection of milk production of dairy cattle and dairy goats in Canada; and(b)the performance testing of beef cattle, sheep and swine in Canada.SI/85-125, s. 1
