1This Order may be cited as the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development Authority to Prescribe Fees Order.

Authorization

2The Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development is authorized to prescribe by order the fees to be paid by persons provided with microfilm copies of geological, geophysical and well-history data submitted pursuant to the Canada Oil and Gas Land Regulations.
