Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, under the definition Minister in section 2 of the Canadian Multiculturalism Acta,aR.S., c. 24 (4th Supp.)(a)repeals Order in Council P.C. 2023-771 of July 26, 2023b; andbSI/2023-41(b)designates the Minister of Canadian Heritage, a member of the King’s Privy Council for Canada, as the Minister for the purposes of that Act.
