Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, under the definition Minister in subsection 2(1) of the Electoral Boundaries Readjustment Acta,aR.S., c. E-3(a)repeals Order in Council P.C. 2025-85 of February 12, 2025b; andbSI/2025-15(b)designates the Leader of the Government in the House of Commons, a member of the King’s Privy Council for Canada, as the Minister for the purposes of that Act.
