Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, under the definition of Minister in subsection 2(1) of the Export and Import Permits Acta,aR.S., c. E-19(a)repeals Order in Council P.C. 2025-430 of March 14, 2025b; andbSI/2025-49(b)designates the Minister of Foreign Affairs, a member of the King’s Privy Council for Canada, as the Minister for the purposes of the Export and Import Permits Acta.
