FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATION ACTMinister of Transport Authority to Prescribe Charges OrderHis Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport and the Treasury Board, pursuant to paragraph 13(b) of the Financial Administration Act, is pleased hereby to authorize the Minister of Transport to prescribe, by order, charges for the use of Canadian Coast Guard pollution countermeasures equipment on the condition that the charges are based on the recovery of costs including the cost of purchasing and maintaining this equipment and are related to its replacement value.
