FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATION ACTMinister Responsible for the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation Authority to Prescribe Fees OrderHis Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Treasury Board and the Minister responsible for the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation, pursuant to paragraph 13(b) of the Financial Administration Act, is pleased hereby to authorize the Minister responsible for the said Corporation to prescribe by order the fees to be charged for services provided by Her Majesty in respect of the issuance by the Corporation of certificates of multiple-unit residential building construction starts.
