His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Communications and the Treasury Board, pursuant to paragraph 13(b) of the Financial Administration Act, is pleased hereby to authorize the Minister of Communications to prescribe, by order, the fees to be paid by persons in the private sectorfor services provided in relation to the certification of Canadian films and videotapes the principal photography or taping of which was commenced on or after January 1, 1982; andfor services provided in relation to the certification of Canadian films and videotapes, the principal photography or taping of which was commenced at any time after May 25, 1976, where the services relate to a review of an application for an advance ruling, a provisional approval or a certificate which the Minister of Communications intends to deny.
