His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport and the Treasury Board, pursuant to paragraph 13(b) of the Financial Administration Act, is pleased hereby to authorize the Minister of Transport to prescribe, by order, the fees and charges to be paid by the Regional District of Peace River-Liard in the Province of British Columbia for the water supply service and sewage disposal service provided by the Fort St. John Airport to the residential community of that District.
