His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture and the Treasury Board, pursuant to section 17 of the Financial Administration Act, is pleased hereby to make the annexed Order respecting the remission of a portion of certain fees paid or payable for overtime inspection services respecting meat inspection.Short Title

1This Order may be cited as the Meat Inspection Overtime Inspection Fees Remission Order.

Remission

2Remission is hereby granted of a portion of the fees paid or payable under subsections 80(1) and 81(1) of the Meat Inspection Regulations, as amended by Order in Council P.C. 1982-1710 of 10th June, 19821, in an amount equal to the difference between the amount of the fees prescribed by that Order in Council and the amount of the fees prescribed by the Meat Inspection Regulations, as amended by Order in Council P.C. 1982-3169 of 21 October, 19822.1SOR/82-592, 1982 Canada Gazette Part II, p. 21272SOR/82-931, 1982 Canada Gazette Part II, p. 3487
