Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture and the Treasury Board, pursuant to paragraph 13(b) of the Financial Administration Act, is pleased hereby to revoke the Minister of Agriculture Authority to Prescribe Fees Order made by Order in Council P.C. 1972-1/1430 of 27th June, 1972 and to authorize the Minister of Agriculture to prescribe by order the fee to be charged to persons requesting the blood typing of animals.
