Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Consumer and Corporate Affairs and the Treasury Board, pursuant to paragraph 13(b) of the Financial Administration Act, is pleased hereby to authorize the Minister of Consumer and Corporate Affairs to prescribe, by order, the fees or charges to be paid by private sector firms using data from the Department of Consumer and Corporate Affairs for sale to the public.
