Whereas the Governor in Council is of the opinion that the cost of providing copies of documents containing information to be communicated or made available to the public under subsection 149.1(15) of the Income Tax Act should be borne by the persons who receive that service;Therefore, Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of National Revenue and the Treasury Board, pursuant to paragraph 13(b) of the Financial Administration Act, is pleased hereby to authorize the Minister of National Revenue to prescribe, by order, the fee to be paid by a person for copies of documents containing information to be communicated or made available under subsection 149.1(15) of the Income Tax Act.
