Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Consumer and Corporate Affairs and the Treasury Board, pursuant to paragraph 13(b) of the Financial Administration Act, is pleased hereby:(a)to revoke Order in Council P.C. 1987-1092 of May 28, 1987*; and(b)to authorize the Minister of Consumer and Corporate Affairs to prescribe, by order, the fee to be paid by persons for services in respect of registration under the Industrial Design Act, notwithstanding section 26 of that Act.*SI/87-108, 1987 Canada Gazette Part II, p. 2211
