His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs and the Treasury Board, pursuant to paragraphs 19(1)(b)* and 19.1(b)* of the Financial Administration Act, is pleased hereby to repeal Order in Council P.C. 1989-1700 of August 24, 1989** and to authorize the Minister of Foreign Affairs to prescribe, by order, the fee to be paid by any person to whom a permit or a certificate is issued pursuant to the Export and Import Permits Act.*S.C. 1991, c. 24, s. 6**SI/89-191, 1989 Canada Gazette Part II, p. 4013
