Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Canadian Heritage, pursuant to subsection 209(3) of the Public Service Labour Relations Act, as enacted by section 2 of the Public Service Modernization Acta, hereby makes the annexed Public Service Labour Relations Act Separate Agency Designation Order.aS.C. 2003, c. 22Designation

1Any separate agency set out in the schedule is hereby designated for the purposes of paragraph 209(1)(d) of the Federal Public Sector Labour Relations Act.2017, c. 9, s. 58

Coming into Force

2This Order comes into force on April 1, 2005.
