His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport and the Minister of Agriculture and Agri-Food, pursuant to subsection 116.2(2)a of the Canada Transportation Actb, makes the annexed Order Specifying the Minimum Amount of Grain to Be Moved.aS.C. 2014, c. 8, s. 6bS.C. 1996, c. 10Mimimum Amount

1(1)The minimum amount of grain that the Canadian National Railway Company and the Canadian Pacific Railway Company must each move during the period that begins on August 3, 2014 and ends on November 29, 2014 is specified to be 536 250 t a week.(2)For the purposes of subsection (1), a week begins on Sunday and ends on the following Saturday.
