and</Text></Paragraph><Paragraph lims:inforce-start-date="2016-06-22" lims:fid="832136" lims:id="832136"><Label>(e)</Label><Text>a one-of-a-kind prescription mattress.</Text></Paragraph></Section><Heading lims:inforce-start-date="2016-06-22" lims:fid="832137" lims:id="832137" level="1"><TitleText>Requirement</TitleText></Heading><Section lims:inforce-start-date="2016-06-22" lims:lastAmendedDate="2016-06-22" lims:fid="832138" lims:id="832138"><MarginalNote lims:inforce-start-date="2016-06-22" lims:fid="832139" lims:id="832139">Combustion resistance</MarginalNote><Label>2</Label><Text>When a mattress is tested in accordance with the Canadian General Standards Board standard CAN/CGSB-4.2 No. 27.7-2013, entitled <XRefExternal reference-type="standard">Textile test methods — Combustion resistance of mattresses — Cigarette test</XRefExternal>, published in April 2013, melting or charring of the surface that extends more than 50 mm in any horizontal direction from the nearest point of the original location of the test cigarette, or continuing combustion in the mattress assembly 10 minutes after the cigarette has extinguished, must not be exhibited in more than one test specimen.</Text></Section><Heading lims:inforce-start-date="2016-06-22" lims:fid="832140" lims:id="832140" level="1"><TitleText>Repeal</TitleText></Heading><Section lims:inforce-start-date="2016-06-22" lims:lastAmendedDate="2016-06-22" lims:fid="832141" lims:id="832141"><Label>3</Label><Text>[Repeal]</Text></Section><Heading lims:inforce-start-date="2016-06-22" lims:fid="832142" lims:id="832142" level="1"><TitleText>Coming into Force</TitleText></Heading><Section lims:inforce-start-date="2016-06-22" lims:lastAmendedDate="2016-06-22" lims:fid="832143" lims:id="832143" type="transitional"><MarginalNote lims:inforce-start-date="2016-06-22" lims:fid="832144" lims:id="832144">Registration</MarginalNote><Label>4</Label><Text>These Regulations come into force on the day on which they are registered.</Text></Section></Body></Regulation>
