1In this Order, producer means a person who raises or produces sheep on their own behalf or on behalf of another person or offers sheep for sale.

Levies

2Every producer shall pay to the Board, for each sheep sold by the producer in interprovincial and international trade, the levies fixed or imposed in the following regulations, as amended from time to time:(a)Règlement sur les contributions des producteurs d’ovins, RLRQ, c. M-35.1, r. 242;(b)Plan conjoint des producteurs d’ovins du Québec, RLRQ, c. M-35.1, r. 245; and(c)Règlement sur la vente en commun des agneaux lourds, RLRQ, c. M-35.1, r. 246.

Coming into Force

3This Order comes into force on the day on which it is registered.
