Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Labour, makes the annexed Order Grouping Ministers’ Offices for the Purpose of a Pay Equity Plan under subsection 173(1) of the Pay Equity Acta.aS.C. 2018, c. 27, s. 416

Grouping of ministers’ offices1All ministers’ offices are grouped for the purpose of establishing and updating a single pay equity plan.

Coming into force2This Order comes into force on the day on which it is registered.
