His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, pursuant to subsection 10(3)* of An Act to Incorporate Continental Bank of Canada, is pleased hereby to make the annexed Order dispensing with the submission of a proposed amalgamation agreement to the shareholders of IAC Limited.S.C. 1980, c. 40Short TitleThis Order may be cited as the IAC Limited Shareholders Order.DispensationNotwithstanding any provision of the Bank Act, the proposed amalgamation agreement between Continental Bank of Canada and IAC Limited need not be submitted to the shareholders of IAC Limited.
