1This Order may be cited as the Program Registration Fees Order.

Fees

2The fees payable by a person who applies(a)to register in a Field Sampling Program, or(b)for registration in an Analytical Programestablished pursuant to the Urea Formaldehyde Insulation Act shall be as follows:(c)Field Sampling Program $250, and(d)Analytical Program, per laboratory 250.
