Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to section 3.4* of the Aeronautics Act, is pleased hereby to revoke the Ministerial Regulations Authorization Order, C.R.C., c. 126 and to make the annexed Order pursuant to section 3.4 of the Aeronautics Act authorizing the Minister of Transport to make regulations imposing certain charges, in substitution therefor.*S.C. 1985, c. 28, s. 1Short Title

1This Order may be cited as the Ministerial Regulations Authorization Order.

Authorization

2The Minister of Transport is authorized to make regulations imposing charges(a)for the use of(i)any facility or service provided by or on behalf of the Minister for or in respect of any aircraft, whether or not, where the facility or service is provided during flight, the flight originates or terminates in Canada or any portion of the flight is over Canada,(ii)any other facility or service provided by or on behalf of the Minister at any aerodrome, or(iii)any aerodrome operated by or on behalf of Her Majesty in right of Canada; or(b)in respect of the issue, renewal, amendment or endorsement of any document issued or to be issued under Part I of the Aeronautics Act or any action preparatory thereto, whether or not the document is issued, renewed, amended or endorsed.
