36 The President shall, within four months after the end of each fiscal year of the Foundation, submit to the Board a report of the activities of the Foundation for that year, including the financial statements of the Foundation and the auditor’s report thereon, and the Board shall make the report available for public scrutiny at the principal office of the Foundation.
