- 2Cosmetics within the meaning of section 2 of the Food and Drugs Act.
- 3Devices within the meaning of section 2 of the Food and Drugs Act, except a vaping product within the meaning of section 2 of the Tobacco and Vaping Products Act that is not subject to the Food and Drugs Act.
- 4Drugs within the meaning of section 2 of the Food and Drugs Act, except a vaping product within the meaning of section 2 of the Tobacco and Vaping Products Act that is not subject to the Food and Drugs Act.
- 5Food within the meaning of section 2 of the Food and Drugs Act.
- 6Pest control products within the meaning of subsection 2(1) of the Pest Control Products Act, except treated articles within the meaning of subsection 1(1) of the Pest Control Products Regulations.

- 12Ammunition within the meaning of subsection 84(1) of the Criminal Code.
- 13Cartridge magazines within the meaning of subsection 84(1) of the Criminal Code.
- 14Cross-bows within the meaning of subsection 84(1) of the Criminal Code.
- 15Prohibited devices within the meaning of paragraphs (a) to (d) of the definition prohibited device in subsection 84(1) of the Criminal Code.
- 16Plants within the meaning of section 3 of the Plant Protection Act, except for Jequirity beans (abrus precatorius).
- 17Seeds within the meaning of section 2 of the Seeds Act, except for Jequirity beans (abrus precatorius).
- 18Controlled substances within the meaning of subsection 2(1) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act.
- 19Aeronautical products within the meaning of subsection 3(1) of the Aeronautics Act.
- 20Animals within the meaning of subsection 2(1) of the Health of Animals Act.
