  • 1 Subsection 24(1) of the Nuclear Liability and Compensation ActFootnote ¹ is amended by striking out “and” at the end of paragraph (c), by adding “and” at the end of paragraph (d) and by adding the following after paragraph (d):

    • Return to footnote ¹S.C. 2015, c. 4, s. 120

    • (e) despite paragraph (d), $1.2 billion for a nuclear incident arising on or after January 1, 2027.
