70 (1) Any person may transport or cause to be transported

(b) any grain for export to a final destination in the United States on condition that the Commission is presented, in an electronic format acceptable to the Commission, with a report respecting any grain exports that took place during the preceding week; and
(c) any grain for export by container on the condition that the Commission is presented, in an electronic format acceptable to the Commission, with a report respecting any grain exports that took place during the preceding week.
