Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister,

• (a) repeals Order in Council P.C. 2023-780 of July 26, 2023Footnote ^a; and

  • Return to footnote ^aSI/2023-50

• (b) designates the Minister of State (Federal Economic Development Agency for Southern Ontario), a member of the King’s Privy Council for Canada, as the responsible minister for the purposes of the Electoral Boundaries Readjustment Suspension Act, 1994Footnote ^b.
