Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Consumer and Corporate Affairs, pursuant to section 33 of the Hazardous Materials Information Review Act*, is pleased hereby to designate the National Capital Region as the place in Canada where the head office of the Hazardous Materials Information Review Commission shall be located.
