Transportation of Dangerous Goods Regulations

1.26 These Regulations do not apply to dangerous goods that are in quantities necessary to respond to an emergency that endangers public safety and that are in transport in a means of transport that is dedicated to emergency response, unless the dangerous goods are forbidden for transport in Schedule 1, Schedule 3 or, for transport by aircraft, the ICAO Technical Instructions.
