Transportation of Dangerous Goods Regulations
Version of section 8.1 from 2026-06-17 to 2026-06-17:
8.1 This Part applies in respect of
(a) the release or anticipated release of dangerous goods that are being offered for transport, handled or transported by road vehicle, railway vehicle or vessel;
(b) the loss or theft of dangerous goods;
(c) unlawful interference with dangerous goods; and
(d) the implementation of an approved ERAP.
