Metal and Diamond Mining Effluent Regulations

39 (1) Subject to subsection (2), transitional authorizations expire 30 months after the day on which these Regulations are registered.
(2) Transitional authorizations referred to in subsection 34(3) expire 60 months after the day on which these Regulations are registered.
