Regulations Concerning Information Required by Foreign States

1 (1) For the purposes of section 4.83 of the Aeronautics Act, an operator of an aircraft departing from Canada or of a Canadian aircraft departing from any place outside Canada may, subject to subsection (2), provide the information set out in Schedules 1 and 2 to the competent authority of a foreign state listed in Schedule 3.

(2) The information in Schedule 2 may be provided only at the request of the competent authority of a foreign state.
