10 A licensee shall ensure that a record is kept and maintained at the facility showing the IUPAC name, CAS registry number (or structural formula if no CAS registry number has been assigned) and quantity of each Schedule 1 chemical produced, used, acquired, possessed, transferred, exported, imported or destroyed and provide the National Authority with a copy of the record on request.
