Ontario Fishery Regulations, 2007

3 (1) No person shall, except as authorized under a licence,
(a) fish;
(b) ship or transport or attempt to ship or transport live fish other than baitfish; or
(c) deposit or attempt to deposit live fish into any body of water other than the body of water from which they were caught.
