10 Before making an amendment to a principal-protected note that may have an impact on the interest payable under the note, the institution must disclose the amendment, and its potential impact on the interest payable, in writing to the investor. If it is not possible to disclose the amendment before making it, the institution must disclose it without delay after it is made.
