Prescribed Products Regulations

1 For the purposes of sections 385.131 and 385.241 of the Cooperative Credit Associations Act and sections 434.1 and 442.1 of the Trust and Loan Companies Act, the following products are prescribed:

• (a) deposit type instruments as defined in the Deposit Type Instruments Regulations; and

• (b) principal protected notes as defined in the Principal Protected Notes Regulations.
