(4) A card or postcard shall
(a) not exceed 235 mm in length and 120 mm in width; and
(b) be made of cardboard or of any other material commonly used in printing that is of sufficient grammage to provide the stiffness necessary for the card or postcard to withstand processing without difficulty.
