16.5 If an investigation referred to in subsection 16.3(2) reveals that the accident resulted in a circumstance referred to in subsection 16.4(1), the employer shall, within 14 days after the receipt of the report of the accident made by the police or other investigating authority, submit a copy of the report to the Head of Compliance and Enforcement.
