16.8 (1) Subject to subsection (2), every employer shall keep a copy of each report and record referred to in this Part for one year after the day on which it was submitted to the Head of Compliance and Enforcement.

(2) Every record with respect to a result referred to in paragraph 16.4(1)(f) shall be kept by the employer for a period of five years after the hazardous occurrence.
