Version of section 602.154 from 2006-03-22 to 2008-09-04:
602.154 A Canadian operator that operates an aeroplane in the United States in accordance with Part 91 of the Federal Aviation Regulations as a new entrant, as that term is defined in that Part, may elect to operate the aeroplane as a new entrant in Canada, where the operator had notified the Minister in writing of such election by September 14, 1995 pursuant to section 7 of the Order.
