604.174 A private operator who operates a turbo-jet-powered aeroplane or transport category aircraft shall provide the training referred to in subsection 604.170(1) and sections 604.177 and 604.178 to a flight crew member using a level C or D full-flight simulator if a level C or D full-flight simulator is used for that aircraft type in Canada, the United States or Mexico.
