Short Title

1 This Order may be cited as the General Preferential Tariff Withdrawal (Certain Automotive Goods) Order.

Withdrawal of General Preferential Tariff

• 2 (1) Subject to subsection (2), the benefit of the General Preferential Tariff is withdrawn from goods of any of the following tariff item numbers that originate in the Republic of Korea:

  8701.10.90,	8701.20.00,	8702.10.10,	8702.10.20,	8702.90.10,
  8702.90.20,	8703.10.90,	8703.21.10,	8703.21.90,	8703.22.00,
  8703.23.00,	8703.24.00,	8703.31.00,	8703.32.00,	8703.33.00,
  8703.90.00,	8704.21.00,	8704.22.00,	8704.23.00,	8704.31.00,
  8704.32.00,	8704.90.00,	8705.10.90,	8705.20.00,	8705.30.00,
  8705.40.10,	8705.90.10,	8706.00.20,	8706.00.90,	8707.10.00
  and 8707.90.90.

• (2) Subsection (1) does not apply in respect of goods referred to that, before January 1, 1996, were in transit to Canada.
