Canada Communication Group Divestiture Regulations

2 (1) Subject to subsection (2), these Regulations apply to a person who, having received and accepted an offer of employment from St. Joseph Corporation pursuant to the sales agreement, on the transfer date ceases to be employed in the public service and becomes employed by the new employer.

(2) These Regulations do not apply to a person who subsequently becomes re-employed by the new employer.
