- controlled drug
controlled drug has the same meaning as in subsection 1(1) of the Controlled Substances Regulations. (drogue contrôlée)
- dealer's licence
dealer's licence means a licence issued under subsection 12(1) of the Controlled Substances Regulations and that relates to a controlled drug or narcotic. (licence de distributeur autorisé)
- narcotic
narcotic has the same meaning as in subsection 1(1) of the Controlled Substances Regulations. (stupéfiant)
