Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development, pursuant to paragraph 13(b) of the Territorial Lands ActFootnote a, hereby orders that the lands described in the annexed schedule lying within 30.48 metres (100 feet in width) of the ordinary high water mark along the shoreline of Great Slave Lake, in the Northwest Territories, be included in any grant of those lands.

SCHEDULE
All that portion of Lot 4, Block C, in the Northwest Territories, as that lot is shown on a plan of survey of plan number 93648 in the Canada Lands Surveys Records at Ottawa, a copy of which is filed in the Land Titles Office for the Northwest Territories Land Registration District at Yellowknife under number 4172.
