Order Designating Ministers under Certain Federal Acts

His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister,
(a) pursuant to section 8 of the Agreement on Internal Trade Implementation ActFootnote a, designates the Minister of Industry, a member of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada, as the Minister for the purposes of any provision of that Act;
