Order Designating the Leader of the Government in the House of Commons To Be the Minister Referred to in the Federal Public Sector Labour Relations and Employment Board Act and as the Minister for the Purposes of the Federal Public Sector Labour Relations Act (SI/2025-51)

Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister,

• (a) repeals Order in Council P.C. 2025-87 of February 12, 2025Footnote ^a;

  • Return to footnote ^aSI/2025-17

• (b) designates, under section 3 of the Federal Public Sector Labour Relations and Employment Board ActFootnote ^b, the Leader of the Government in the House of Commons, who is not a member of the Treasury Board, to be the Minister referred to in that Act; and

  • Return to footnote ^bS.C. 2013, c. 40, s. 365; S.C. 2017, c. 9, s. 36

• (c) designates, under the definition Minister in subsection 2‍(1) of the Federal Public Sector Labour Relations ActFootnote ^c, the Leader of the Government in the House of Commons, who is a member of the King’s Privy Council for Canada and is not a member of the Treasury Board, as the Minister for the purposes of that Act.
